What to include
For support requests, include the discipline you are studying, the device or browser you are using, and any question ID or page URL related to the issue. For content feedback, send the full stem or a screenshot description, the answer you expected, and why the current explanation looks off. Specific reports are easier to verify and fix than general notes that only say a question seems wrong.
If you are asking about a purchase or license key, use the purchaser email when possible. Do not send payment card details. For practice-book feedback, include the book title, edition, format, and question number so we can trace the exact app or book question cleanly.
